

Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa serves as Chairman of Jetalon Solutions, Inc., a precision sensors and controls company he co-founded in 2002. Since that time, the company has experienced year over year double digit revenue and profit growth and in 2006 experienced its first year over year triple digit top and bottom line growth.
Prior to founding Jetalon Solutions he was co-founder and president of studioXchange, an online B2B marketplace for the entertainment industry. In March, 2000, he sold the company to online video pioneer iFILM Corporation. In 2003, Zelnick Media acquired an iFILM business unit for over $30MM and was subsequently acquired by Viacom in 2005 for $53MM.
In 2000, Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa invested in Neogent, Inc. a services company focused on the Content and Identity Management space. He served as interim C.E.O. in 2001 operating the business that year resulting in an increase in revenue of 350% over the prior year. In 2006, Neogent was sold to Sun Microsystems for a return of 16x original investment.
In 1995, Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa co-founded and was C.E.O. of Fourth Tier, Inc., a self-funded, systems integration company focusing on sales and call center automation. In October 1998, Fourth Tier was acquired by Keane, Inc. (NYSE: KEA), for $40MM.
From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa was in the applications engineering team at Scopus Technology, Inc. After joining Scopus when it was a $2M annual revenue startup, he played an instrumental role in attracting numerous blue chip customers, which led to a successful IPO in 1994 and ultimately, acquisition by Siebel Systems (NASD: SEBL) (now: ORCL) in 1998 for $1 Billion.
Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa began his professional career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture Ltd.), implementing sales and service applications for companies in the telecommunications and financial services sectors.
His philanthropic activities include service on the Board of the Torrance Memorial Medical Foundation.
Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences.
