Mr. Clemmer is a Senior Advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts Private Equity and is on the Board of Directors of I2 Technologies (NASDAQ: ITWO).

As of December 31st 2008, Mr. Clemmer is President and CEO of NXP. NXP is a leading semiconductor company founded by Philips more than 50 years ago. Headquartered in Europe, the company has about 33,500 employees working in more than 20 countries and posted sales of USD 6.3 billion (including the Mobile & Personal business) in 2007. NXP creates semiconductors, system solutions and software that deliver better sensory experiences in TVs, set-top boxes, identification applications, mobile phones, cars and a wide range of other electronic devices.

Before being appointed CEO at NXP, Mr. Clemmer was Director and CEO of Agere Systems (NYSE: AGR) which he sold to LSI Logic in a $2 Billion transaction.

Prior to that, in 2001, Mr. Clemmer joined the Board of Purchasepro, an early B2B e-commerce leader in the hospitality industry, subsequently becoming the company's CEO. While at Purchasepro, Mr. Clemmer led the company through a business combination with Perfect Commerce.

In 1996, Mr. Clemmer became Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Corp., a data storage company. Highlights of Mr. Clemmer's tenure at Quantum include guiding the company through a liquidity turn-around, implementing one of the first Silicon Valley tracking stocks, and completing a $2 billion merger with Maxtor Corporation resulting in the largest company in the hard-disk drive storage industry.

Prior to that, Mr. Clemmer began his career at Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN), where his 23 years of experience culminated as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the Semiconductor Group. In addition, he was a key member of the leadership team facilitating TI's move from a broad general semiconductor focus to DSPS-based business segments through, among other things, strategic acquisitions.
